Solis, individually, (Solis) originally sued the City of Laredo, Marvin Townsend, Amador Escudero, Baldmero Ortiz, Jack Van Horn, and Lockwood, Andrews and Newnam, (LAN) for breach of contract, harassment, conspiracy, tortious interference with contractual relationship, and defamation.
