This is an appeal of a default judgment against Sunrizon Homes in the amount of $82,000.00 on a DTPA claim. TEX.BUS. & COM.CODE ANN. § 17.41 et seq. Appellees purchased a mobile home manufactured by Sunrizon Homes from the dealer, Regency Homes, in May 1985.
