Appellees, Queen Cherry and Leroy J. Cherry (the Cherrys), filed a complaint against Rose's in the Circuit Court for Volusia County for injuries suffered by Mrs. Cherry in a Rose's store in North Carolina when a chair on which she was sitting collapsed...
