Sunrise Electric seeks enforcement of a mechanic's lien against property in a Lake Eden condominium development. Sunrise received partial payment of the lien amount in the bankruptcy action of the developer, Zachman Homes. Sunrise now seeks to enforce the lien against property within the development which had been sold prior to the bankruptcy action. The trial court found the lien invalid...
