Appellant, Phillip Dale Watson, was convicted, after a jury trial, of possession of marijuana and lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), in violation of § 20-2-70, Code of Alabama 1975, and was sentenced to 42 months' imprisonment, fined $1,000, and ordered to pay court costs.
