Shelburne, III and Peter Kozloski, filed a petition to remove this action in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1452, and moved to transfer this action to the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1412....
