This action is a suit for workers' compensation benefits, medical expenses and statutory penalties. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of the employee and against his employer and the employer's insurer for six weeks of temporary total compensation benefits of $95.67 per week commencing June 27, 1986 (total amount $574.02), $301 in medical expenses, legal interest and all costs.
