This is an appeal from two juvenile court orders terminating parental rights to three small children because of substantial, continuous, or repeated neglect or refusal by the parents to give the children necessary care and protection, as required by Neb. Rev.Stat. § 43-292(2) (Reissue 1984).

The termination orders were entered only after extensive attempts at rehabilitation of the parents...
