PER CURIAM.

William Dreyer appeals the summary denial of his motion for postconviction relief. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

In 1983 Dreyer was charged with three counts of grand theft. Thereafter, he entered a plea of guilty, in exchange for which the state agreed that the sentence would not exceed the guideline recommendation.
