Plaintiff appeals from the trial court's decision granting defendant's motion for summary judgment and dismissing her negligence action with prejudice. At the time of her accident, plaintiff was an employee of Nuclear Pharmacy, one of three corporations which formed defendant partnership Enerpharm.
