Plaintiffs, Elaine Roberts Moore and Clarise Roberts Hutcherson appeal from the decision denying them judgment against their stepfather, Thomas Bodan Smith.

The facts are not disputed on appeal. Gladys Marie Smith, wife of the defendant and mother of the plaintiffs, died January 29, 1975. In her will she left all her property to Smith. However, the two daughters were forced heirs. Defendant and plaintiffs...
