Appellants, A.G. Services, Inc. ("Services") and A.G. Leasing, Inc. ("Leasing"), appeal the granting of a take-nothing summary judgment against them on their counterclaims seeking damages from appellee Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. ("PMM").
