On January 16, 1987, as plaintiff Caroline Morro was loading groceries into the trunk of her daughter's automobile, a third party struck her and caused serious injuries. The third party had liability insurance coverage with Farmer's Insurance of Arizona. Morro's daughter had insurance coverage with the defendant Foundation Reserve.
