Appellant was found guilty by a jury of burglary by committing and attempting to commit theft under V.T.C.A., Penal Code, § 30.02. After finding two enhancement allegations to be true, the trial court set appellant's punishment at forty-five years' confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.
