These are separate appeals by Josephine Sanchez Castillo, Ysidro Castillo, Sr., and Jose Morones, all of whom were convicted for the offense of engaging in organized criminal activities. They were tried jointly; all were found guilty; Josephine and Ysidro were sentenced to 75 years in the Texas Department of Corrections and a $100,000.00 fine; and Morones was sentenced to 15 years...
