OPINION

ROBERTSON, Justice.

The conviction is for possession of cocaine; the punishment is seven years confinement, for which probation was granted, and a fine of $1800. Appellant's sole issue is the legality of the search. We affirm.

Initially, the state asserts the issue is not preserved for appellate consideration. In response to appellant's motion to suppress, a lengthy hearing was conducted, but the motion to suppress was denied. Thereafter...
