Appellant Hightower challenges the trial court's revocation of his probation for failure to comply with a condition of that probation. We reverse.

On April 21, 1983, Hightower pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to five years probation on July 9, 1984, with a special condition that he serve 364 days in the Lee County jail.
