DOOLEY, Justice.

Defendant, Pauline Knott, appeals the entry of a summary judgment by the Orleans Superior Court in a foreclosure action brought by plaintiff Barbara Segerstrom in her capacity as executrix of the estate of Clyde L. Knott. We reverse and remand.
