OPINION

SEERDEN, Justice.

A jury convicted appellant of driving while intoxicated, Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 6701-1(b) (Vernon Supp.1988). The jury assessed punishment at 30 days' confinement, probated for one year, a $500 fine, and driver's license suspension. Appellant raises two points of error. We affirm the trial court's judgment.
