Appellee William F. Hagerman brought this action against David C. Tjosvold and appellant Yukon Energy Corporation for breach of contract, alleging that defendants failed to honor a stock option agreement between the parties. The district court1 entered summary judgment on behalf of Hagerman and awarded him $290,317 in damages. Yukon appeals.
