Plaintiff brought this action for money had and received requesting judgment for $7,000. Following nonjury trial judgment for that amount was entered in plaintiff's favor against defendant Jarrity I. Tinker and against plaintiff on her claim against defendants James R. Burns and Citizens Bank of Newburg. Plaintiff appeals contending that the trial court erred in not entering judgment against defendants Burns and Citizens Bank of Newburg....
