CARTER, Judge.

Omar Abdul Rahman, a/k/a Andre Robinson, was charged by bill of information with armed robbery, a violation of LSR.S. 14:64. After initially entering a plea of not guilty, defendant later withdrew that plea and entered a plea of guilty.

Defendant was subsequently sentenced to imprisonment for a term of twenty-five years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence. He has appealed, urging as his only assignment...
