Illinois Central Gulf Railroad Co. ("ICG") and Crown Zellerbach Corp. ("Crown") both appeal from a judgment granting to ICG contribution from Crown, based on an indemnity agreement, of one-half of ICG's liability under the Federal Employers' Liability Act ("FELA") for a railroad worker's death on Crown property. ICG argues on appeal that it should have been awarded full indemnity, while Crown argues that, because ICG had no liability...
