George E. Tilley was charged by bill of information with possession with intent to distribute marijuana. La.R.S. 40:966 A. (1). Defendant originally entered a plea of not guilty. A motion to suppress was filed and denied. Subsequently, defendant withdrew his former plea of not guilty and, after a Boykin hearing, entered a plea of guilty as charged, expressly reserving his right to appeal the adverse ruling on the motion to suppress.
