The plaintiffs, Dr. Ignatius Tedesco, III, and Linda Tedesco, filed suit against Gentry Development, Inc. ("Gentry"), and its president, James N. Winford, seeking specific performance of a contract to sell a parcel of land in Bossier Parish, or, in the alternative, damages, as well as attorney's fees and costs.
