This case began as a neighborhood fuss between youngsters, but subsequently involved their parents and a police officer. The Maceks and the Urbans are neighbors who do not get along. Ten-year-old Jay and eight-year-old Mark Macek punched ten-year-old Todd Urban in the face and threw his bike over a fence into a backyard.
