The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") has filed this suit against CLR Partnership, Fred J. Ruiz, Jr. and Debra Albers Ruiz. The FDIC seeks to recover on certain promissory notes executed by the defendants with Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company ("Metropolitan Bank").
