At the time of his death in 1983, Edward Wolf owned five hundred shares of Wolf Sanitary Wiping Cloth, Inc., a family-owned Michigan corporation. The decedent's shares were subject to a stock repurchase agreement executed in 1966 in Michigan by the corporation.1 Wolf's estate was probated in Dade County.
