This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court rendered in favor of the defendant/respondent City of Sedalia d/b/a Bothwell Memorial Hospital and against the plaintiff/appellant, Lucy Tolliver. The plaintiff sought damages as a consequence of slipping and falling after exiting a shower in defendant hospital. She appeals the judgment of the trial court for the following reasons: (1) she alleges the trial court improperly limited voir dire examination...
