This is an appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of the defendant in a personal injury action. We affirm.

On December 2, 1980, Bernard Perry, while working on a "rail gang" for the defendant, was injured when he was struck in the chest by the handle of a piece of equipment that extended out over the bed of a flatcar.
