Plaintiffs in this case are seeking worker's compensation benefits for the death of their husband and father, Edgar P. Folse, III. Named as defendants are his employer, American Well Control, and its insurer, Aetna Casualty & Surety Company. From an adverse judgment, defendants have appealed.
