Appellants, three government officials, seek review of an order denying their motion for summary judgment. They claim the trial court should have held that they have qualified immunity from suit on respondent's first amendment claims. This court has jurisdiction to review an order denying a motion to dismiss a governmental official from a lawsuit when the basis of the motion is immunity from suit. See Anderson v.
