VANCE, Circuit Judge:

This is an appeal of a district court's dismissal of a class action as moot. Appellants argue that the district court improperly certified the class, and that had the court properly certified the class, the class claims would not be moot. We find that appellants did not object to the district court's definition of the class and therefore they cannot now claim that the district court abused its discretion...
