After a non-jury trial in this suit for breach of a lease agreement and wrongful dispossession, under Tex.Prop.Code Ann. sec. 91.002(d)(2) (Vernon Supp.1987) and the common law, the court entered judgment awarding appellee $6,000 for loss of business, $680.11 as reimbursement for rent paid covering the three-week dispossession, $916.67 as one month's rent, and $7,500 in attorney's fees without specifying under which cause of action...
