This is an action for worker's compensation brought for injuries allegedly caused by an accident on January 13, 1985, while Ronnie Nelson was employed by Northshore Shell Service, 501 North Causeway Boulevard, Mandeville, Louisiana. Nelson sued Northshore and Casualty Reciprocal Exchange Company, Northshore's worker's compensation insurer, alleging that the accident had occurred in the course and scope of his employment.
