CANNON, Justice.

Appellant was charged in three separate indictments with aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child. Appellant filed a written waiver of trial by jury in each case, and entered pleas of no contest in the two cases of aggravated sexual assault, and a guilty plea in the indecency with a child case. There was no agreed recommendation of punishment from the State in any of these cases. The trial court found appellant...
