GIBSON, Justice.

The licensee appeals from a decision of the Liquor Control Board (Board) suspending licensee's first- and third-class licenses for a period of fifteen days. We affirm.

I.

Licensee's suspension results from incidents which occurred on the night of February 20-21, 1987. Viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the prevailing party, see In re Johnston, 145 Vt. 318, 320, 488 A.2d 750
