Each of these cases is an appeal by the plaintiff, Gas `N Shop, Inc., from the orders of the district court, affirming the orders of the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission denying the plaintiff's applications for class B liquor licenses (beer, off sale only) at the plaintiff's seven convenience stores located in Lincoln, Nebraska.
