This is a will contest case. Appellant, Joseph Plohberger, filed an application to probate the will of his wife, Irene Plohberger, deceased, dated November 15, 1984. Appellee, Rosemary Sparks, opposed the probate of that will and filed a will dated October 25, 1984, and a document dated November 25, 1984.
