OPINION

CANNON, Justice.

The jury convicted appellant of aggravated robbery by using or exhibiting a deadly weapon, and assessed punishment at fortyfive years confinement. Appellant contends that the judgment should be reversed because of ineffective assistance of counsel, the trial court's parole instructions and the prosecutor's jury argument. We affirm.
