The father of two children appeals from the juvenile court order terminating his parental rights. The mother of the children does not appeal from the termination of her rights. We transferred this case to the court of appeals, which reversed the juvenile court ruling, holding instead that there is not clear and convincing evidence that the children cannot be returned to their father.
