Plaintiff commenced this lawsuit by filing a complaint in state court on April 4, 1988 asserting a claim for disability retirement benefits pursuant to the "Retirement Plan for Members of the Bargaining Unit of the Sonoco Products Company Packaging Division, Downingtown, Pennsylvania" ("Pension Plan"). Defendant removed the action to this court on April 18, 1988. Defendant now moves for dismissal of the complaint...
