This is a workmen's compensation case.

The trial court found that the two employees in this case were not entitled to workmen's compensation benefits.

The employees appeal. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.

Two issues are presented on appeal. The first one is whether Theoluster Pugh was an employee of the defendant. The second one is whether Nathaniel Oliver, who was stipulated to be an employee of the defendant...
