Plaintiff-appellant Theresa Brown (Brown) appeals the district court's rejection of her challenge to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services' (Secretary) denial of her claim for disability insurance and supplement security income benefits under sections 216(i), 223, and 1614(a)(3)(A) of the Social Security Act. Brown asserts that her mental deficiencies automatically qualify her for benefits under 20 C.F.R. § 404.1520...
