Montague, leased property in St. Louis County to National Pride Equipment, Inc., lessee, a Missouri corporation, for 20 years with options for renewal. In March of 1979 all of the stock of National Pride was acquired by Standard Operations, Inc., a Delaware corporation, which is the plaintiff and respondent in this case.
