This is an appeal from a trial court denial of habeas corpus relief in two consolidated extradition proceedings. Appellant, a fugitive from the Commonwealth of Kentucky, was seized in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, by the concerted action of United States F.B.I. agents and Mexican Federal Judicial Police, not under the auspices of any Mexican arrest warrant or international treaty request for extradition.
