Appellant, an attorney, obtained a judgment against appellee for attorney's fees in the amount of $5,000. This appeal resulted from the denial of appellant's application for an order sought under the terms of V.T.C.A., Civil Practice & Remedies Code § 31.002(b)(1), that would have required appellee to turn over her monthly paychecks to the Sheriff for satisfaction of the judgment.
