Respondent Dover Elevator Company ("Dover") brought an action against Hill Mangum Investments ("Hill-Mangum") and appellant Garden Towers Condo-Owners Corporation ("the Corporation"). Dover sought to recover the outstanding balance owed on an elevator maintenance contract.
