Nos. BQ-153, BQ-154 and BQ-155.

519 So.2d 669 (1988)

STATE of Florida, Appellant, v. Jesus PEREZ, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

Rehearing Denied February 25, 1988.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., and Kurt L. Barch, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, for appellant.

Robert N. Heath, Jr., of Matthews, Reed, Bell & Heath, P.A., Pensacola, for appellee.

BARFIELD, Judge.

The state appeals an order dismissing three separate informations charging appellee with committing sexual batteries on children under the age of 11. In ordering the dismissal, the trial court concluded that the statute of limitations had run as to each alleged battery. We disagree with the trial court's conclusion and reverse.

The crimes were charged under section 794.011(2), Florida Statutes (Supp. 1974 and 1975)1
