This matter is before the court on defendant-appellee's motion to dismiss the appeal on the grounds that plaintiff-appellant failed to pay the transcript costs.

Plaintiff, Jerry Williamson, instituted this action against Petrounited Terminals, Inc., seeking damages for psychological trauma he allegedly experienced as a result of witnessing the accident of a fellow employee who became a "ball of fire" when a tank that was being cleaned exploded...
